Synopsis

 

In his Miami workshop, built as a solar observatory, a renowned painter lives alone, without wife or children. His sole obsession is to paint the rising sun. But for no apparent reason, as he prepares to finish his latest canvas, on that particular morning, the sun fails to rise.
